1. Clothing must be freshly laundered, name brand and in current style (within the last few years). All clothing must be free of stains, snags, odors, rips, tears, worn out knees, fading, pilling, peeling and free of pet hair. All buttons, snaps and zippers must work.
2. Non-clothing items must be clean, in good condition and in working order with all parts included. If batteries are required, item must include working batteries. Battery charge will be charged to your Consignor account if items do not have working batteries.
3. All items must meet today's safety standards. We will give you back any items, which have been recalled.
4. When you bring your items in, we will select what our customer will buy. Please understand that our customers' preferences must be our selection guidelines. Items that are not selected by ABC A Baby Consignment ("ABC") will be returned to you or donated to a local charity. ***Please initial above***
5. All pricing will be done by "ABC". Pricing is usually 30% to 50% below retail, depending on conditon, brand, style, size and demand. You will receive 40% of the selling price.
6. Your items will be displayed for 180 days. The selling price will be reduced by 25% after 60 days and 50% after 120 days. If you have items older than 120 days they will be placed in our 75% department and will be DONATED after one month. You may pick up any unsold items after 90 days. Consignor MUST provide ABC with three (3) days notice to pick up any unsold items.
7. Once you reach a credit balance of $20.00 or more, you may pick up a check during the first FULL week of any month. You may also use your credit balance towards store purchases. Please click on event calendar on the home page for check issue dates.
8. "ABC" is not responsible for any items lost to theft, shoplifting, damage by handling, smoke or water.
9. All monies owed to a Consignor that is not picked up after ONE year, will be forfeited by the Consignor.
10. There is a $10.00 yearly Consignor fee, which will be deducted from your first check.
I understand and accept the consignment agreement of ABC A Baby Consignment.
